Well, the new listing in Norwood Young America ended up being a dud. Seeing some pictures ahead of time might have helped that realization along. I won't tell you how bad this house was, because it would take forever, and we were only in the house for 2 minutes. Oh well.
Being the good realtor that she is (we think), Stephanie had noticed another property beforehand, so we went there. More to follow in the next post...
